He has experience in dealing with contentious matters, but now primarily handles non-contentious work . Hannah attended Headington School in Oxford before reading Law at the University of Leicester. She went on to gain a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice in 2007.
Hannah joined Darbys in September 2007 as a trainee solicitor and upon qualification in September 2009 joined the Education and Medical Negligence teams.
Hannah advises schools in respect of disability discrimination in education and also assists parents of children with special educational needs in ensuring their child’s needs are met by the local authority.
Hannah has experience of the Special Educational Needs Tribunal process in respect of both disability discrimination claims and appealing local authority decisions regarding special educational needs
