The decision as to who can join BLUE for schools ® rests with Darbys Solicitors LLP. Their
decision is final, and can be changed without notice and without reason. |

Via the helplines, your legal team will give you up to a total of 20 minutes
FREE time on a particular enquiry. We will tell you when that has been used up
and may explain that further time on that issue may only be available if we
charge you. Alternatively, if your enquiry is more complex we may give you more
time for FREE. In any event you will only be liable for any fees if you agree
these in advance. |

The helplines are a FREE service. Our legal team will not have all facts and
documents when they speak to you. We therefore accept no liability for any claim
that you may subsequently make arising from the advice you receive. If you
require advice on which you can legally rely, please formally instruct us, agree
a fee with us, and provide us with all information and documents. |

BLUE ® offers various FREE benefits. These are offered on the basis that they
will take a reasonable amount of time bearing in mind that resources are not
unlimited and we have a large number of clients and members to share those
resources between. We have to reserve the right therefore, if you ask us to do
something that might take an unreasonably long time, to suggest a basis other
than FREE of charge. |

We are entitled to decline to act against another party for professional or
commercial reasons. It does not follow that membership of our scheme or our
having done some work for you means that we can never act against you. |

If you formally instruct Darbys Solicitors LLP, Darbys’ standard Terms and
Conditions will apply to that work. |
