How the service works
1. All we need are details of the debt and the debtor |
You can give us these details by post, telephone or email:- |
2. We will immediately send out – free of charge – a 7-day letter to the debtor. We ask the debtor to deal direct with you. If the debtor contacts us, we will deal with them but this may involve extra charges. |
3. If no response is received, when the time limit passes we ask you if you would like to take further action including entering into negotiations with the debtor, issuing Court proceedings or commencing bankruptcy/insolvency proceedings. |
